Responsibility
- Develop and manage daily transport schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse personnel to optimize route efficiency.
- Monitor freight status and proactively address any delays or bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and digital records of all logistics operations.
- Provide prompt support and updates to clients regarding their shipment statuses.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company freight policies.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for cost-saving and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics planning or freight coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics software.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in record keeping.
- Willingness to work in the Senai, Johor area.
