Responsibility
- Lead and manage the Back Office Operations team to ensure network availability, reliability, and performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize network efficiency.
- Oversee the monitoring and troubleshooting of network issues, ensuring swift resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to deploy and integrate new technologies.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all operational activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Prepare and present reports on network performance and operational metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations, maintenance, or a similar technical role.
- Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Certifications in network management (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
