Responsibility
- Supervise and monitor on-site interior design project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Act as the primary Field Coordinator, facilitating communication between contractors, vendors, and the design office.
- Perform daily site inspections to identify and resolve potential construction or design discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare comprehensive site progress reports and update project management software with accurate status updates.
- Manage on-site material logistics, ensuring all resources are available and utilized efficiently.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure safety protocols and workmanship meet project specifications.
- Conduct final walkthroughs and manage the punch list process to ensure seamless project handover.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in on-site supervision or project management, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and finishing standards.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical design drawings and floor plans.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to on-site issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a project-based environment and adapt to changing site conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with diverse teams.
