Responsibility
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other staff members as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock for maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operation and Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
