Responsibility
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales via digital channels (email, chat, social media, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
- Track sales activities and report performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and sales methodologies.
- Reside in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
