Join Dukung Gerak Digital as an E-Commerce Marketplace Administrator and play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our clients' digital storefronts across leading Indonesian platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop. Responsibility
- Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for client campaigns on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
- Track KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely product listings, promotions, and inventory updates.
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, and keywords) for better search visibility and conversion.
- Resolve marketplace-related issues (e.g., order disputes, account suspensions) promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve store rankings and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on marketplace algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Shopee/Tokopedia/TikTok Shop preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
