Responsibility
- Dispense and verify chemotherapy and supportive medications with precision, adhering to strict oncology protocols.
- Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and healthcare teams to develop and monitor personalized treatment plans.
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and adherence to improve treatment outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international pharmacy regulations, including safe handling of hazardous drugs.
- Conduct medication reconciliation and review for drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
- Participate in clinical rounds and tumor board meetings to contribute pharmaceutical expertise.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and inventory of oncology-specific medications.
- Stay updated on emerging cancer therapies, clinical trials, and best practices in oncology pharmacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy (recognized by Indonesian or international pharmacy boards).
- Valid pharmacist license with specialization or experience in oncology pharmacy (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital, oncology clinic, or chemotherapy center.
- In-depth knowledge of cancer treatments, cytotoxic drugs, and supportive care medications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and electronic health records (EHR).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
