Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of eye care services, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to optimize resource allocation, patient flow, and service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with medical directors and department heads to align operational goals with clinical objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
- Foster partnerships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Champion innovation by integrating technology and best practices into eye care service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing eye care or specialty clinical services.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality management systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and digital transformation initiatives.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
