Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote pediatric nutrition products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in Bali.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and workshops for medical professionals to enhance product awareness and adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, dietitians, and pharmacy managers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market insights, and customer interactions to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the pediatric nutrition segment.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric nutrition and medical research to effectively communicate product benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or nutrition product promotion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the healthcare or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with medical professionals.
- Familiarity with pediatric nutrition products, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel frequently within the assigned regions.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving child health through nutrition.
