Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of oncology nurses, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality care standards
- Oversee daily operations of the oncology and palliative care units, including staff scheduling and resource allocation
- Develop and implement evidence-based nursing practices to enhance patient outcomes in cancer treatment
- Collaborate with oncologists and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance, providing coaching and professional development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Manage inventory of oncology medications, equipment, and supplies with cost-efficiency in mind
- Represent the nursing department in hospital committees and community outreach programs
- Facilitate patient and family education on cancer treatment options and palliative care services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in oncology nursing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Current nursing license and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Council (or eligibility for registration)
- Certification in Oncology Nursing (e.g., OCN) or Palliative Care strongly preferred
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and conflict resolution
- Strong clinical knowledge of cancer treatments, chemotherapy protocols, and symptom management
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare quality improvement initiatives
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working in multicultural healthcare environments
