Responsibility
- Develop and implement O&G strategies tailored to healthcare and medical applications, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, engineers, and project managers, to integrate O&G solutions into healthcare projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies for O&G-related healthcare initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of O&G equipment and systems used in medical facilities or related operations.
- Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation in healthcare applications.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders, highlighting project progress and outcomes.
- Train and mentor junior staff or medical personnel on O&G best practices and safety protocols in healthcare settings.
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on healthcare, medical applications, or related sectors.
- Proven track record of managing O&G projects, including planning, execution, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Strong knowledge of O&G equipment, systems, and technologies, with the ability to adapt them for medical or healthcare use cases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards (e.g., ISO, HSE) and their intersection with O&G operations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and data analysis software.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Bali, Indonesia as needed.
