Responsibility
- Process and evaluate loan applications from Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify and validate applicant documents, including employment contracts, IDs, and financial statements.
- Assess loan eligibility based on company policies, creditworthiness, and risk criteria.
- Liaise with clients to clarify requirements, address concerns, and provide updates on application status.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and communications in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with underwriters, compliance teams, and branch offices to expedite approvals.
- Educate clients on loan terms, repayment options, and financial best practices.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in applications to ensure smooth processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in loan processing, banking, or financial services (preferably with OFW clients).
- Strong knowledge of loan products, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and financial software.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality.
- Familiarity with Philippine banking regulations and OFW financial needs is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
