As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and driving brand loyalty. You will work closely with our service advisors and technical teams to deliver top-tier support and smooth daily operations.
Responsibility
- Welcome customers warmly upon arrival at the service centre and manage the registration and queue systems efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries in person, via phone, and email, providing accurate information regarding vehicle servicing schedules and service offerings.
- Coordinate closely with Service Advisors and workshop technicians to ensure timely updates are communicated to customers.
- Handle and resolve customer feedback, concerns, or complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to the Service Manager when necessary.
- Manage administrative duties, including scheduling service appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate customer databases.
- Ensure the reception and customer lounge areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Actively promote service promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal packages to customers.
Qualifications
- GCE 'N'/'O' Level, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Hospitality, Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive, hospitality, or retail sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of spoken and written English.
- A warm, professional, and service-oriented personality with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to multi-task and perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) and adaptability to internal booking systems.
- Must be comfortable working on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
