Responsibility

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces, common areas, and meeting rooms.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, stocking, and distributing materials as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents, ensuring timely delivery and distribution.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Run errands and perform local deliveries to support team members and external partners.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Set up and prepare meeting rooms, including arranging furniture, equipment, and refreshments.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in office support, janitorial, or messenger roles (preferably 1+ years).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, moving furniture, or standing for extended periods.
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, Microsoft Office) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s local areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and traffic routes is a plus.
