Responsibility
- Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for local and visiting team members.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems in compliance with company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and financial documents with high attention to detail.
- Oversee office supply inventory and procurement to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding, leave management, and employee records.
- Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the energy sector or multinational corporations is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with basic financial tasks, such as expense tracking and budget monitoring.
