Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to management and various departments.
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail, ensuring timely responses and accurate distribution.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for important company documents, records, and reports.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory, procure necessary items, and ensure all office equipment is well-maintained and functional.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, preparing necessary documents and materials.
- Facilitate internal and external communication, serving as a primary point of contact and ensuring professional interactions.
- Support HR functions as needed, including onboarding documentation, record-keeping, and employee assistance.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, expense reports, and petty cash management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative, office staff, or coordinator role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with the energy sector or related industries is an advantage.
