As the Office Manager, you will play a critical role in establishing and managing our operations in Bali, ensuring seamless coordination between our teams in Indonesia and Singapore. Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day office operations in Bali, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for all teams.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Coordinate between the Bali office and Singapore headquarters to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Organize and maintain office documentation, records, and compliance with local regulations.
- Plan and execute office events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure the office is well-equipped, safe, and conducive to productivity, including managing office supplies and facilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in budget management, vendor negotiations, and office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems creatively.
- Passion for sustainability and interest in the energy sector is highly desirable.
