JGC Asia Pacific is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru. Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facility management, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Manage end-to-end HR processes for the Johor Bahru branch, including recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee welfare.
- Supervise IT infrastructure and serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate closely with the Singapore headquarters to ensure alignment in company policy, reporting, and operational strategies.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal corporate governance.
- Prepare regular operational reports, budgets, and administrative documentation for senior management.
- Organize corporate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in office management, administration, or corporate operations.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite) and familiarity with IT helpdesk/infrastructure management.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Malay.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing cross-border stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
