Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability best practices in all construction phases.
- Resolve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team training initiatives to uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.E.) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, site supervision, or office engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to interpret complex technical documents and convey information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working on infrastructure or commercial construction projects is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
