Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve clients' functional independence.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive device training.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure holistic care.
- Educate clients and their families on strategies to enhance daily living skills and promote long-term well-being.
- Document progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in occupational therapy.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and assistive technologies.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
