Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their therapeutic goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy and guidance to patients to improve their daily living skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and physical therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of therapeutic programs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in occupational therapy and apply evidence-based practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technologies.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
