Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based occupational therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with speech and music therapists to create integrated treatment approaches.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate clients and their families on strategies to support therapy goals at home.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with professional standards.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Valid license or certification to practice Occupational Therapy in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating a wide range of conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry best practices.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
