Responsibility
- Administer first aid and emergency care to employees for work-related injuries or illnesses
- Conduct health risk assessments and screenings (e.g., blood pressure, cholesterol, vision tests)
- Develop and implement workplace wellness programs to promote healthy lifestyles
- Maintain accurate medical records and confidentiality of employee health information
- Collaborate with HR to manage occupational health compliance and safety protocols
- Provide health education on topics like ergonomics, stress management, and disease prevention
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals and follow-up care
- Monitor workplace conditions and recommend ergonomic improvements to reduce health risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) with a valid Indonesian nursing license (STR)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health, clinical nursing, or emergency care
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of first aid procedures and workplace safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to handle confidential medical information with integrity and discretion
- Familiarity with OSHA standards or local occupational health laws is advantageous
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
