As our Occupational Health Nurse, you will be the first point of contact for medical assistance, providing immediate first aid, managing HMO benefits, and promoting wellness initiatives. Your role is pivotal in fostering a culture of health and safety, reducing workplace injuries, and enhancing employee morale. Responsibility

  • Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to employees in case of injuries or sudden illnesses.
  • Administer and manage HMO benefits, including processing claims, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring employees receive timely medical attention.
  • Develop and implement employee wellness programs, such as health screenings, vaccination drives, and mental health awareness campaigns.
  • Conduct workplace health and safety assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of all employee health information in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Educate employees on health best practices, including ergonomics, stress management, and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with HR to manage sick leave and medical certifications, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Monitor and restock first aid supplies and emergency equipment to ensure readiness for any health-related incidents.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse (Registered Nurse or equivalent) with a valid professional license in Indonesia or the Philippines.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or a related field.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HMO systems, health insurance processes, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficient in medical record-keeping and data management using digital tools or software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and occupational health standards is advantageous.
