As our Occupational Health Nurse, you will be the first point of contact for medical assistance, providing immediate first aid, managing HMO benefits, and promoting wellness initiatives. Responsibility
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency care to employees in case of injuries or sudden illnesses.
- Administer and manage HMO benefits, including processing claims, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring employees receive timely medical attention.
- Develop and implement employee wellness programs, such as health screenings, vaccination drives, and mental health awareness campaigns.
- Conduct workplace health and safety assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of all employee health information in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Educate employees on health best practices, including ergonomics, stress management, and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with HR to manage sick leave and medical certifications, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Monitor and restock first aid supplies and emergency equipment to ensure readiness for any health-related incidents.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse (Registered Nurse or equivalent) with a valid professional license in Indonesia or the Philippines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or a related field.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HMO systems, health insurance processes, and workplace safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Proficient in medical record-keeping and data management using digital tools or software.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and occupational health standards is advantageous.
