Responsibility

- Oversee daily clinic operations, including staff management, resource allocation, and patient care standards.
- Conduct health risk assessments and recommend preventive measures to mitigate workplace hazards.
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality occupational health services.
- Collaborate with HR and management to promote employee wellness programs and health initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international occupational health regulations and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for occupational health inquiries and emergency response.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Occupational Health or related field.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in occupational health management and clinical operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of local and international occupational health regulations.
- Ability to develop and implement health and safety policies.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
