Responsibility
- Provide professional primary nursing care, including wound management, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
- Conduct health assessments, screenings, and immunizations for employees and clinic patients.
- Develop and implement occupational health programs to promote workplace safety and wellness.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or stabilize patients until further care is available.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate employees on health and safety practices, disease prevention, and ergonomic best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for clinical needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; valid nursing license (preferably with occupational health certification).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with preference for occupational health or clinic settings.
- Strong knowledge of primary care, emergency response, and health promotion strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse patient populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in medical documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and infection control protocols.
