Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Coordinate nursing staff schedules, including shift assignments and on-call rotations, to optimize coverage.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, memos, and correspondence for the nursing department.
- Handle front-desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Process and track administrative requests from nursing staff, residents, and external stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions.
- Monitor and order office and medical supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within healthcare or a nursing home setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a compassionate approach to interacting with residents and staff.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and basic medical office procedures is advantageous.
