Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare staff in the Urgent Care Centre, ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily clinical operations, including patient flow, triage, and emergency response protocols.
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with medical directors and administrative teams to optimize resource allocation, staffing, and budget management.
- Provide mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities for nursing staff to enhance clinical skills and leadership capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between the Urgent Care Centre and external stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and community health organizations.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and staff well-being.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; Masterâs degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role (e.g., Senior Nurse Manager, A&E Nurse Manager, or Urgent Care Centre Nurse Manager).
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong knowledge of urgent care, emergency nursing, and healthcare management best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare IT solutions.
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and adherence to ethical standards in healthcare.
