Responsibility
- Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of nurses and assistant nurse managers to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Implement and monitor clinical protocols, infection control measures, and safety standards in the nursing home.
- Collaborate with medical directors, therapists, and support staff to create individualized care plans for residents.
- Manage staffing schedules, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits, performance reviews, and training programs to maintain professional standards.
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure transparent communication.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or equivalent) with a valid Nursing License (recognition in Indonesia preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role in a nursing home or geriatric care setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse healthcare teams.
- Strong knowledge of geriatric care, chronic disease management, and palliative nursing practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., JCI, local regulations) and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Certification in Nurse Management (NM, NC, ANM) or related fields is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, with adaptability to a multicultural work environment.
