As a Nurse Coordinator, you will oversee patient care in specialized units such as the ER, ICU, HCCU, NICU, PICU, OT, and Cathlab, ensuring seamless coordination between medical teams, patients, and families. Responsibility

  • Coordinate and oversee nursing care in critical and emergency units, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments as needed, and ensure timely interventions in emergency situations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and reporting in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the availability and proper use of medical equipment and supplies in assigned units.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff to facilitate clear communication and support.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in critical care nursing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S.Kep) or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Valid Indonesian nursing license (STR) and certification in critical care or emergency nursing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in critical care units (ICU, ER, NICU, PICU, OT, or Cathlab).
  • Strong clinical skills, including advanced life support (ACLS, PALS, or equivalent).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions in emergency situations.
  • Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
