Responsibility
- Lead and manage all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance clinic performance, patient satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Oversee a team of dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives to elevate the clinic’s online presence, including social media, SEO, and content strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring personalized care and long-term loyalty.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology and aesthetic medicine, integrating innovative treatments and technologies.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Represent the clinic at industry events, conferences, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine) with specialization in Dermatology or Aesthetic Medicine; additional certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical leadership, preferably in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic.
- Proven track record in team management, operational excellence, and business development.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and patient acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage patients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous.
