Responsibility
- Manage and optimize search engine campaigns (SEO/SEM) to enhance online visibility and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content teams to align campaigns with SEO best practices and business objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign metrics, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Assist in A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and brand standards in all campaign activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in non-voice BPO roles, preferably in digital marketing or search engine campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Certifications in Google Ads or SEO (e.g., Google Analytics IQ) are advantageous.
