Are you a digital native with a passion for high-end hospitality? Canggu Collective is seeking a multi-talented Digital Marketing & Creative Operations Lead to elevate our brand presence across all touchpoints. This is a unique, high-impact role in the heart of Canggu, perfect for a visionary who blends technical SEO expertise with lifestyle content creation and a deep understanding of premium guest experiences.
You will be the bridge between our physical villa operations and our global digital footprint, ensuring that our aesthetic, service standards (from Barista excellence to Villa staff management), and online visibility are world-class.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Marketing and SEO strategy to drive direct bookings and brand authority.
- Lead high-quality content creation including photography, short-form video (Reels/TikTok), and copy for social media channels.
- Manage and optimize our WordPress-based web platform, ensuring high performance and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Oversee the visual branding and service standards for on-site staff, including villa, barista, and waitstaff, to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze traffic and engagement metrics to pivot strategies and maximize ROI on paid and organic campaigns.
- Coordinate with villa management to integrate local guest experiences into the digital narrative.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Web Development, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proven track record in managing social media growth and professional content production.
- Technical proficiency in WordPress, Google Analytics, Semrush/Ahrefs, and Creative Cloud (Adobe/Canva).
- Strong understanding of the Canggu lifestyle market and international tourism trends.
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage both digital assets and operational staff workflows.
