Responsibility
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing TikTok creators and influencers to join our affiliate network.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow our TikTok Shop MCN, focusing on FMCG, Fashion, and lifestyle brands.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with creators, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Monitor and optimize affiliate performance, providing data-driven insights to maximize GMV and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align affiliate strategies with business goals.
- Create and distribute promotional materials, campaign briefs, and performance reports for affiliates.
- Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide training and support to affiliates to enhance their content quality and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or digital sales (TikTok Shop experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain creator relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with TikTokâs ecosystem, trends, and best practices for affiliate marketing.
- Experience with CRM tools, affiliate tracking platforms, or e-commerce analytics is preferred.
