Responsibility

  • Process and review probate and trust documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Coordinate with legal teams, financial advisors, and clients to facilitate estate and trust administration.
  • Maintain organized records of trust accounts, beneficiary distributions, and legal filings.
  • Assist in preparing and filing court documents, affidavits, and other legal paperwork.
  • Monitor deadlines for probate proceedings, trust distributions, and tax filings to ensure timely compliance.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, beneficiaries, and external stakeholders regarding trust and estate matters.
  • Support the resolution of discrepancies in trust accounts or legal documentation.
  • Stay updated on probate laws, trust regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in probate, trust administration, or legal support roles.
  • Strong understanding of probate processes, trust laws, and estate planning.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal software (e.g., Clio, LexisNexis).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
