Responsibility
- Provide personalized care and assistance to patients during night shifts, including mobility support, feeding, and hygiene assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure) and report any abnormalities to nursing staff.
- Assist with patient transfers, repositioning, and ambulation to prevent bedsores and promote circulation.
- Respond promptly to patient calls, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment, including bed linens, equipment, and common areas.
- Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.
- Document patient interactions, care provided, and observations accurately in electronic or paper records.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to protect patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in healthcare (e.g., Nursing Aide, CNA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in patient care, elderly care, or a similar role (night shift experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Physical stamina to assist with lifting, moving, and supporting patients (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care techniques.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is advantageous.
