Responsibility
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
- Escalate and resolve complex network incidents efficiently.
- Collaborate with L1 and L3 teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and incidents.
- Implement proactive measures to prevent network outages.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of network devices.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients as needed.
- Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 network monitoring.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a NOC or similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds).
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus.
