Responsibility
- Design, configure, and deploy Cisco-based network solutions, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, including latency, connectivity, and security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network systems with other IT infrastructure components.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular network audits and security assessments to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and end-users for network-related inquiries.
- Stay updated with emerging networking technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Network Engineer with hands-on expertise in Cisco networking technologies (CCNA/CCNP certification is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and hybrid network environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia, with flexibility for occasional on-call duties.
