Responsibility
- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Implement and manage security protocols to protect network integrity and data.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and internal teams.
- Document network configurations, policies, and procedures for future reference.
- Conduct regular network audits to identify and resolve potential vulnerabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- CCNP certification is required; CCNA or higher certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VPN.
- Experience with network security tools and techniques, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with the possibility of renewal.
