Responsibility
- Design, configure, and deploy AudioCodes and Session Border Controller (SBC) solutions.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including voice and data connectivity problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configuration details.
- Conduct regular network audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in networking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer with expertise in AudioCodes and SBC technologies.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, including SIP, TCP/IP, and VoIP.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
