Responsibility
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, and OLT systems to ensure optimal network performance.
- Deploy and manage network infrastructure at new sites, adhering to company standards and best practices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements.
- Conduct regular network audits and security assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong background in network configuration and maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VLANs.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
