Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, system configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and recommend NetSuite best practices for optimization.
- Oversee data migration, integration with third-party systems, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide hands-on NetSuite administration, including role-based access, workflows, and custom scripting.
- Conduct comprehensive user training and create documentation to ensure smooth adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with NetSuite support and development teams when needed.
- Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation, configuration, and support.
- Proven track record of successfully leading full-cycle NetSuite projects (SuiteFoundation, SuiteScript, or SuiteFlow certifications are a plus).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes (finance, supply chain, CRM), and integration methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi) and customization using SuiteScript (JavaScript).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements (if required).
