Responsibility
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Odoo modules, including Inventory, Payroll, Manufacturing, and Accounting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Customize and optimize Odoo workflows to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of the Odoo system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with the development team for complex solutions.
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure the integrity and performance of implemented modules.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Implementer, with a strong focus on Inventory, Payroll, Manufacturing, and Accounting modules.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, business processes, and workflow automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact with clients.
- Experience in conducting user training and creating documentation.
- Certification in Odoo or related ERP systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
