Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco-based network solutions to support business objectives.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Lead network security initiatives, including firewall management, VPN configurations, and intrusion detection systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
- Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers.
- Stay updated with emerging network technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network management, with a focus on Cisco technologies.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
