Responsibility
- Develop, design, and analyze detailed technical drawings and 3D models for marine and construction projects.
- Ensure all architectural plans strictly comply with local building codes, maritime safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to oversee structural integrity and material efficiency.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address technical challenges on-site.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including specifications, progress reports, and regulatory permit applications.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate project requirements into functional design solutions.
- Perform structural calculations and performance simulations to optimize design durability and safety.
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Architect in the Philippines (PRC License holder).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture, naval architecture, or related construction fields.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, or specialized naval CAD software.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis, fluid dynamics, and marine construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a part-time/project-based work environment.
