Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process for digital banking products, from concept to implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs with business goals
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements
- Establish and maintain design systems and UI components for consistency across platforms
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization
- Stay ahead of fintech design trends and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and prototyping tools
- Experience designing for complex systems, preferably in fintech or banking
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
