Responsibility
- Develop detailed technical drawings (2D/3D) for architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to interpret design concepts and convert them into precise, scalable plans.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, industry standards, and project specifications.
- Review and revise drafts based on feedback from stakeholders to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
- Organize and maintain digital drawing files and project documentation for easy retrieval and version control.
- Assist in site visits to verify measurements and resolve discrepancies between drawings and on-site conditions.
- Stay updated on emerging drafting technologies and software to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Drafter in architectural, civil, or structural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or SketchUp; familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, dimensions, and annotations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness to ensure accuracy in designs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia (preferred).
