Responsibility
- Develop and implement compelling visual systems, creative territories, and design languages that scale across various channels and platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure cohesive and impactful design solutions.
- Present creative concepts and design strategies to stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision and rationale behind design decisions.
- Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating best practices into the design process.
- Drive the evolution of the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency and relevance across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful design systems and creative territories.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, from conceptualization to execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Experience leading and mentoring design teams, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
