Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their design preferences, budget, and project requirements.
- Develop and present customized interior design proposals, including mood boards, 3D renderings, and material selections.
- Drive sales by identifying upsell opportunities and promoting premium design packages.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage client relationships from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies in interior design.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, contracts, and timelines for client approval.
- Conduct site visits to assess space dimensions, lighting, and structural considerations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales-driven interior design, preferably in luxury residential or commercial projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and client-centric projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Bali’s design market and local suppliers is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
