Responsibility
- Conduct undercover evaluations of nicotine product retailers in assigned locations.
- Assess customer service quality, product knowledge, and compliance with company standards.
- Document observations and provide detailed reports on findings.
- Evaluate store cleanliness, product placement, and promotional materials.
- Follow strict guidelines to ensure unbiased and accurate assessments.
- Submit reports promptly and maintain confidentiality.
- Adhere to ethical standards and professional conduct during evaluations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to visit multiple locations.
